“ Queso is always great, tacos are good, the Cuban was okay, The corn is great! Honestly out of everything I've had the Cuban is the only thing I haven't really been a fan of. Could have been an off day. But check your orders if you get them to go, they forget things a lot. ”
“ This one of them spots that need to be in Magazine or something. I wish I would've wrote this review right after to get the full intensity down but here goes nothing. It's on the corner. Nice size spot. Indoor and outdoor seating. Ask about the specials. I went for one of the frozen daiquiris. $10. Mixed the Pina Colada with one of the others. They all Top shelf. Staff great. Food smacking. Like everything. Not one thing being okay. No everything was great that we ordered. One of the few spots I'm repeating when I come back ”
“ I love what they've done with the place. Food was tasty and the sangria marg I had was as well. The ordering process at the bar was easy too! ”
“ OMG that a gem this restaurant is! After our original plan didn't work out we discovered this location. They offer vegan options which is a must for me. There's seating outside and inside, plenty of street parking nearby. Order at the counter and the workers were friendly. It was giving beach town vibes and it was definitely a different atmosphere. The vegan elote was delicious! First time trying it out at a location. The vegan taco was great, just thought the price was too high. The lemonade was sweet and sour and perfect! There's an outdoor splash pad for the kiddos which I thought was adorable! Highly recommend this restaurant! And I will definitely stop by again! ”
“ What a great experience! Perfect for after our granddaughter's soccer game! On a hot New Orleans afternoon the restaurant has a tropical coolness surrounded by large lush green plants and fans. Sipping on frozen margaritas and refreshing sangria it is hard to separate yourself from thinking you are not on a tropical island. The Cuban sandwich, tostones and tacos were delicious accompanied by corn on the cob that was a meal in itself! All this while we watched our granddaughter dance on the splash pad, hula hoop and just have fun without a bother to anyone. The servers were super friendly and we met the "oh so nice" owner who briefed us on some of the eco friendly components of Habana Outpost - amazing and thoughtful!! **there is an authentic Banksy mural in here** Tuesdays: 4:00 - 6:00 Kids Arts & Crafts Parents have dinner and drinks while your kids are safely occupied (Win/Win) ”
“ I needed dinner on the run, so I dropped into this place for the first time. I was exhausted so I took a seat at the bar, where I was served a frosty frozen mojito and the staff took my order of two al pastor pork tacos and queso. The food came out quickly. The chips were fresh and warm. The queso was rich and creamy. I'd have liked smaller chunks of pineapple in the salsa on the pork tacos. But, the seasoning was perfect and protein portion was filling. I'm intrigued by the "table-to-farm" concept and I want to go back to check out the place a little more. There were frogs and terrariums. And dog treats! ”
“ We came here after driving by and seeing how cute the patio looked. You order at the window and the server was so friendly. The passion fruit margarita was addicting. Happy hour they're only 5 dollars which is great. The tacos were mediocre honestly. But the corn was so yummy!! The patio also has a water sprinkler if you want to bring your kids. ”
“ The food was delicious . I had the roast pork taco which was marinated pork, which was a lot in the taco , came with cilantro , onions & homemade salsa verde on a soft corn tortilla. I also had the beer-battered catfish taco with pico de gallo, cilantro and homemade salsa verde was very good. We also tried the roast pork nachos which was also delicious. The only complaint was the initial ordering of the food took awhile. There was one person taking the orders and making the drinks like they definitely need two people in the front area. Thankfully the food did come out really fast. We actually waited in line longer to order food than to receive our food. Vibe was nice, drinks were good . Parking of course is hit or miss in front of the restaurant but not a surprise bc of where it's located. All in all we will be back. ”
